Born in Moscow, Russia, Chef Aaron Gilman started cooking when he was only nine years old. His passion for cooking has become a lifelong quest to better his craft. Aaron emigrated to America in 1978 and spent his early career working at various restaurants in Los Angeles specializing in New American, French, Italian, Asian and pan-European cuisine.
In 1991 Chef Aaron opened his first restaurant Pasta Paradiso featuring over twenty types of pasta dishes. After selling Pasta Paradiso Aaron worked as a Chef Consultant helping to open new and retrofit existing restaurants. He opened his second restaurant Revolution Speakeasy in 2014, specializing in New American Fusion cuisine.
For the past 3 years Chef Aaron has been working as a Personal Chef in Los Angeles as well as Chef Consultant and Guest Chef at restaurants around Los Angeles and Orange County.Book Chef
