Aysar has over 24 years experience in the culinary art of the kitchen. He has managed kitchens as an executive chef for Best Eastern Hotel Jerusalem from 2000 to 2006. He owned restaurants in Miramar Florida from 2014 to 2019 and Sage Mediterranean Grill in Buford Ga from 2018 to 2021.
