Born in Istanbul, Dean fell in love with cooking at a young age in his Grandfather’s bakery shop. His first job in U.S.A was at New York’s prestigious Takashimaya on Fifth Avenue in the Tea Box Restaurant.
e pursued this passion by attending the of School of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu 2002. Since then he has worked in fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles and New York; including Takashimaya NYC, Los Angeles Convention Center, Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills, L’Orangerie and for Studios such as Sony Pictures and Paramount.
Chef Dean also worked for many years as a Personal Chef for numbers of celebrities and high profile clients and is now available for bookings in Palm Springs.Book Chef
