Chef Jeremy is a hospitality industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Having worked in such locales as Las Vegas, Santa Barbara, Sarasota, San Francisco, Costa Rica and his current place of residence, Palm Springs.
He has worked under such celebrated chefs as Charlie Palmer, Kerry Simon, Jean Joho, Jan Birnbaum and Cat Cora. The direct exposure to their different perspectives on cuisine has allowed him to develop his own unique approach to presentation and plating.
