Over the past 12 years, Robert has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best chefs and sommeliers at the finest restaurants in Los Angeles. Through that instrument, he has developed an excellent understanding of product sourcing, cooking techniques and flavor profiles.

Whether it’s the river in which a salmon was born or the mineral content of vineyard soils, environment has everything to do with the quality of his food. His craft and passion is pursuing that knowledge and translating it to the table.
