Rossana is a dedicated chef and pastry chef with more than 10 years experience in the field. She was born in Italy and began cooking at the age of thirteen with her Grandma who she loved being in the kitchen with. She then studied in Italy while working at some popular restaurants.
4 years ago Rossana moved to Melbourne where she has worked in different venues in the heart of the city and restaurants such as Soho, Becco and 38 Chairs.
Currently she works as a personal chef leading the culinary experiences for small and big events. Her cooking style is based on fresh, local and classic ingredients with cultural and exotic twists.
