Food is best made with love. Chef Sonny preached this for years and believes people can absolutely tell the difference. He loves to cook. He loves food. On reflection he remembers his mother pointing out to him as a kid the care he put into making toast. the texture, the temp when spreading the softened butter, etc.
Although native to Texas, his culinary career began in the mid 90’s in the Northwest. His family moved to Seattle just as he graduated High School. His resume can attest to the versatile avenues he has had the pleasure of becoming accustomed. He has been fortunate to have great success writing menus, creating daily lunch & dinner specials as well as building banquet menus. He has written many original recipes across the board; sauces, dressings, rubs, desserts, etc.
