Honey & Cumin Roasted Carrot Tortellini – served with chorizo butter, citrus crema, toasted hazelnuts and cilantro

Short Rib Mole Taco -served with salsa verde aioli and brown sugar plantains

Jackfruit Donuts with Papaya sugar glaze
