As a chef myself, hiring another chef was a little out of the norm for me so needless to say my expectations were high. When Diana she was so sweet and so polite and from the minute I met her I knew that the night would be wonderful. Her professionalism and energy was a absolute delight. I was worried that cooking for 35 people may be a little tough for her but the knocked it out of the park and served a phenomenal dinner for myself and our guests. I will definitely be using her again and this service. It was beyond my expectation from start to finish.
